Each of our offerings provides a distinct experience through handwritten, anonymous correspondence. All services are offered on a monthly basis, unless noted as a single order.

• Paper Friends (Subscription)
  A thoughtful exchange of friendly letters. Ideal for those seeking genuine connection, encouragement, guidance, or advice.
• Paper Romance (Subscription)
  Letters are more personal – beyond what friends might discuss. Perfect for those drawn to deeper topics of a romantic persuasion.
• Black Letter (Subscription)
  Fantasies in written form, tailored to your preferences. Topics must not be harmful in nature.
• Secret Admirer (Single Order or Subscription)
  Your crush or partner will receive an anonymous romantic letter; your words penned by Letter Box.
• Letterlocking (Single Order)
  Your letter is folded and sealed using historic techniques, making the letter itself a protective enclosure. Choose from one of four options to customize the content of your letter.

By purchasing one of our subscription services, you’ll receive a handwritten letter in the mail at the beginning of each month, regardless of when the service was purchased. For example, if your subscription is purchased on the 15th, your first letter will arrive at the beginning of the following month. You may send a letter to the return address provided on the envelope. Your reply will be read and a new handwritten letter will be sent in response once per month. If you wish for more frequent correspondence, please contact us using the Contact Form. You may choose to use your real name and mailing address, or an alias and third-party mailing service. Whichever you choose, your letters will always remain confidential. If your reply is received later than expected, this may delay a timely response.

Life happens. If you miss a cycle, we’ll still send a letter unless your subscription is paused or canceled. The more interactive you are, the more interactive the content will be. If you wish to reply, but do not have time to handwrite your reply, you may choose to use our Contact Form instead.

While this service is entirely analog—written by hand, sealed with care, and sent through the post, if you wish to respond digitally you are more than welcome to do so. Once you have subscribed, we will send your first letter through the post which you can respond to digitally. If your circumstance prevents you from handwriting your letters, please contact us through our Contact Form and we will accommodate you.
