After selecting your service, choose your envelope and writing preferences to customize your letters. For a touch of elegance, our Royal Palette option features envelopes in dark, rich colors, sealed with wax. If you prefer a more subtle elegance, our Timeless Classic selection includes ivory and brown envelopes without wax seals.
Subscription letters are sent during the first week of each month, regardless of when a subscription is purchased. Your first subscription letter will arrive as a welcome letter. To ensure a timely response to your letter, we kindly ask that you respond within two weeks of receiving your letter. If you find yourself unable to reply at any point in time, don’t worry—you’ll still receive a letter every month, whether or not we’ve heard back from you. You may also respond digitally by emailing us or using our Contact form if you find yourself short on time.
