SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Monthly Subscription Services: Subscription letters are sent during the first week of each month, regardless of when a subscription is purchased. Your first subscription letter will arrive as a welcome letter.

All delivery times depend on standard USPS mail service to your location.

Shipping Costs: All orders ship free within the United States.

Delivery Address: Letters are mailed to the address you provide at checkout. You can update your delivery address by contacting us at hello@letterboxservices.com before the end of the month to ensure your next letter is sent to the correct location.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
