Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

• Before your next billing date: Cancellations made before your next billing cycle will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.

• After your billing date: Once payment has been processed for the current billing cycle, your upcoming letter will still be written and mailed as scheduled. The charge for that cycle is non-refundable, but no future charges will occur.
