By purchasing one of our subscription services, you’ll receive a handwritten letter in the mail at the beginning of each month, regardless of when the service was purchased. For example, if your subscription is purchased on the 15th, your first letter will arrive at the beginning of the following month. You may send a letter to the return address provided on the envelope. Your reply will be read and a new handwritten letter will be sent in response once per month. If you wish for more frequent correspondence, please contact us using the Contact Form. You may choose to use your real name and mailing address, or an alias and third-party mailing service. Whichever you choose, your letters will always remain confidential. If your reply is received later than expected, this may delay a timely response.

We do not sell your data or share your information. Any cookies used are the minimum necessary for running the site—such as enabling account logins or processing payments. If you create an account, cookie usage is required to keep it secure and functional.

Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of handwritten correspondence, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your letter never arrives or something goes wrong, contact us using our Contact Form and we’ll make it right.
